7th CPC Terms of Reference – Cabinet has accepted or not..?

The Confederation Secretary General informed today on his official blog that the “DOP&T has finalized the terms of reference of Seventh Central Pay Commission and submitted to Cabinet for approval. Details of the terms of reference finalized by DOP&T is not disclosed to the staff side.

Details will be known only after the Cabinet meeting which is likely to be held today(20.2.2014-Thursday) evening or tomorrow. (Date of Cabinet Meeting not confirmed).

Some of the media websites spread the news about acceptance of Terms of Reference by Cabinet Committee and the news quickly spread among the employees today afternoon.

But, actually whether Cabinet Committee has discussed the matter in the meeting today or not…?

We hope still the demand is being under consideration seriously by the Central Govt.

We expect the good news about merger of 50% DA may be declared very soon.
